Professional Staff
Dr. Jose Toledo, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Toledo is a neurologist with 25 years of experience and has been in private
practice since 1991 on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
He completed his neurology training at the State University of New York and his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, studying epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. He also completed 24 months of acute inpatient psychiatry at the Western Missouri Mental Health Center, University of Missouri in Kansas City.
In 2008, Dr. Toledo participated in and was certified in the continuing medical education activity entitled Buprenorphine and Office-Based Treatment of Opioid Dependence from The Medical University of South Carolina, during which he started the Neuropsychiatric Addiction Clinic.
Dr. Toledo is a brain specialist with particular expertise in addiction medicine and outpatient detoxification treatment. He is certified to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone).
He incorporates his background in neurology into the addiction field. Dr Toledo is a member/fellow of The American Medical Association, The Florida Medical Association and The American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Katherine Fannin | CAC, ICRC, IMAC
Clinical Director
Katherine is passionate about helping others recover from substance abuse and other traumas. She specializes in Substance Abuse Prevention, Relapse Prevention, Substance Use Disorders, Family Recovery (NCFRC), Internet Addictions (NCIAC), Food Addictions (NCFAC), Sex Addiction (NCSAC), Harm Reduction (NCHRC) and Case Management. She is a Nationally Certified Interventionist (NCEI), a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), and an International Master Addiction Recovery Coach (IMAC). She has a passion for public speaking. She lives her life to be of service and help others.
Katherine graduated from Broward College with a degree in Human Services with a focus on Drug Addiction Services and then enrolled with the Addictions Academy, where she became a Certified Addiction Counselor and a Master Addictions Recovery Coach.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending social functions, taking vacations, and meeting new people.
Dr. Melody Clancy | DOM, AP
Acupuncturist, Health and Wellness Coach
Dr. Clancy is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture Physician
in the state of Florida and a health and wellness coach.
Until 2015, she served as the Chair of the Board of Acupuncture for the state of Florida (serving for seven years), an appointment by the Governor of
Florida.
She specializes in working with individuals suffering from PTSD, TBI and
pain. She has been through challenging life experiences which give her a
unique perspective on many health situations. Her goal is to take a whole-person approach, mind, body and spirit, in her work.
Byron Wickham | MA
Therapist
Byron Wickham was a previous director of a co-occurring substance abuse
facility. He is a noted innovator and developer of Anger Management programs
specific to substance abuse. He received grants to develop programming and
facilitate mental health patients, including co-occurring diagnoses of trauma,
grief, autism and addiction.
Additionally, Byron’s extensive therapy
management experience with correctional facilities provides him with a healthy
balance of preparedness and comradery.

Dr. David Nesenoff | DD, MA
Co-Founder
David is a co-founder of Park Manor Recovery. He has more than 30 years of experience counselling on addiction, marriage and relationships, as well as the topic of happiness being a serious business.
He believes that a personalized approach and the continuity of care after leaving the program are essential to your success.
In addition to his work helping people in difficult situations, David has given motivational talks all over the world and lectured at Yale, Oxford, UCLA, UoP and Tulane. David holds a BA degree in Behavioral and Industrial Psychology and Communications from Yeshiva University and a Master’s and Doctorate from JTSA.
